Ticket policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets are general admission with unreserved seating. Your confirmation email contains a private ticket link and an individual ID for each admission. Show your tickets at the door, and keep your private link safe.
If you have a ticket problem or the show is changed or cancelled, contact the organizer through @boisegongshow on Instagram.
Your information
We collect your name, email address, order details, and ticket check-in status to process your purchase, send your tickets, and manage admission. Stripe handles card details; this website does not store your card number.
We use Supabase for order storage, Resend for ticket emails, and Vercel for hosting. Authorized staff can view the guest list. We do not add your ticket email address to a marketing list automatically.
Contact the organizer if you have questions about your information. Keep ticket links private: anyone with your link can view your tickets.
